I’m the founder of your soul dharma, a women’s community intentionally created to be a safe space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create a life that feels fully aligned with who you are. My approach combines compassion, bodyfullness, and evidence-based techniques to support you on your journey toward balance and well-being.

Bodyfullness. «We don’t have a body, we are a body»
Somatic Work is a group of Body- centered practices that recognizes the connection between our physical sensations with our emotions and nervous system.
In bodyfullness, the body is the doorway to our nervous system.
Rather than focusing only on thoughts or stories, somatic practices invite you to gently notice what is happening within the body through breath, movement, sensation, and awareness. Over time, this can support greater body awareness, emotional regulation, groundedness, and a deeper sense of embodiment.

Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to “divinely guided life force energy”
Is the vital essence that flows through every living being.
Reiki is the energy of pure love. It is joy, balance, empowerment, peace and wholeness. That’s the energy we channel.
During a session, we work with every energy center of your body, holding space to release stored emotions, fears and blockages you may be experiencing and take your whole body to harmony.
During a session, I work with gentle touch or hands held just above the body, creating a quiet space for rest and inward connection.

When our heart is «open» we get to experience life in a totally different way. We feel present, at peace, grateful and at ease.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or tapping, is a gentle mind-body practice that combines acupressure points with focused awareness of thoughts, emotions, or experiences.
By tapping specific meridian points on the body while bringing awareness to what is present, the practice helps to release stored emotions, shift emotional patterns, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and create more space, clarity, and calm.
