This intimate mini retreat is a heart opening journey : a slow yin yoga practice to release what your body is still holding, and make space for the new, a sound healing journey to bring your nervous system to rest, the warmth of the sauna, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony to connect with gratitude.
Celebrate what you overcame this year, embracing the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Close the year with intention. And end the day connected to a circle of women who are choosing themselves, too.
